• To process your reservation, please revert with your preference of the hotel and your full name, check in & check out dates etc.
• Rates are on per room per night basis & exclusive of GST.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of reservations.
• Rates are dynamic in nature as per hotel’s availability & Occupancy system.
• We will ensure that the rates provided by us are the best possible rates.
• Check in timing is 1400 Hrs & Check out timing is 1200 Hrs.
• Early check in & late check out are subject to availability.

Payment Policy: Full advance is required, payable online through payment gateway via NEFT/RTGS/Google Pay etc.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled by 30 September, 50% Refund if cancelled between 1st October to 30th November. No refund for any cancellation after 30th Nov.

Refund Policy: Refund will be processed in between 25-30 days of the successful cancellation.

Booking Process: 

• Fill the form with Full Name, Mobile Number, City from, Check in Date, Check out Date, Number of Persons to stay in a room.
• Team shall revert during working hours with best options and rates as per availability of that day.
• Once your selected hotel is reserved in your name, you shall pay the advance to the Pedicon 2025 account using the payment link provided. You shall receive the paid receipt and hotel voucher.
